If nVidia got on the phone and said that if the game wasn't patched they'd never bundle a game again from those responsible, that might get results. Imo nVidia should also take some heat for the condition of this game, as their customers got it bundled with their cards, and had no option to demo it first, or return it later. Maybe getting online gaming magazines to cover the story that customers of the game were up in arms could get that ball rolling. What might work is Microsoft fearing that regulators use bad publicity about the game as justification for putting a hold on Microsoft's acquisitions of gaming related companies. ![]()
